What Happens Next
Once you submit your details:
- Your participant will receive a Welcome Email explaining what support they will get from the Grow programme.
- A Grow Adviser will contact them to discuss their goals and how we can help.
They will receive:
- A link to download the GRoW App
- A link to our onboarding form.
What Participants will get from Grow
- A community of women, all supporting each other into work.
- One-to-one support from a friendly, experienced adviser.
- Access to our online workshops and local events.
- Help with childcare advice, confidence, CVs, job search, interviews and more!
