The Grow Difference
Employability support designed around women’s lives.
Sometimes, a woman isn’t ready to start with a CV, an application form or a job search. There may be other things that need to be understood and addressed first.
Confidence, childcare, caring responsibilities, isolation, previous experiences and other personal circumstances can all create barriers to moving forward.
Grow gives women the time and specialist support to explore those barriers, challenge them and begin to overcome them. Our Grow Coaches understand many of these experiences first-hand and create a supportive environment where women can build confidence, recognise what they have to offer and become ready to take their next steps.
When they are ready, their Adviser can continue that journey with more mainstream employability support.

We help women build the confidence, motivation and readiness to move forward into mainstream employability support with their Adviser.
Support that continues between sessions
The Grow App keeps women connected to their Grow Coach and the wider Grow community beyond scheduled sessions.
Women can access support and encouragement 24/7, receive motivational messages and reminders, find out about upcoming sessions and opportunities, and stay connected to a community of women supporting and encouraging one another.
It’s an important part of the Grow approach, helping women stay connected, motivated and supported throughout their journey.
