GO – Grow Online
Support that works around women’s lives
Some women need extra and different support before they’re ready to make the most of mainstream employability provision.
GO – Grow Online works alongside existing employability support, providing women with the time, specialist understanding, confidence and community they need to address barriers and get ready for their next steps.
Available UK-wide through partner organisations.
How GO works
Flexible online support that combines an intensive week of Essential Grow Sessions with three months’ access to the Grow community, additional sessions and ongoing support.

Welcome to Grow
Women referred through partner organisations join the Grow Community and attend a Welcome Zoom session.

Connect through the Grow App
Participants receive 24/7 wraparound support through the Grow App, with information, motivation and direct access to Grow online events.

Essential Grow Sessions
Women take part in five live Essential Grow Sessions across one week, with access to additional sessions over a three-month period.

Support from Grow Coaches
Our specialist Grow Coaches help women build confidence, understand and challenge the barriers they face, and feel more ready to move forward.

One-to-one support
Each participant has a one-to-one session with a specialist Grow Coach and a practice interview.

Warm handover
We provide a warm handover back to the referring Adviser, sharing progress, attendance and any ongoing support needs so they can continue the participant’s journey.
Working alongside your existing support
Your Advisers remain at the heart of the participant’s journey. GO adds specialist support when it’s needed.
GO is designed to complement, not duplicate, the employability support your organisation already provides.
Some women need more time and focused support to explore what may be holding them back, build confidence and challenge the barriers affecting their progress before they are ready to make the most of more mainstream employability support.
Our Grow Coaches provide that space, bringing specialist knowledge and lived experience and creating a supportive environment where women can feel understood, connect with others and build the confidence and motivation to move forward.
The referring Adviser retains their relationship with the participant throughout. At the end of the core GO support, we provide a warm handover so the Adviser can continue the participant’s journey.

Designed around the realities of women’s lives
Women’s journeys towards work are not all the same. Childcare, caring responsibilities, confidence, isolation, language, previous experiences and individual circumstances can all affect how ready someone feels to move forward.

Support from people who understand
Our Grow Coaches bring specialist knowledge and lived experience of many of the barriers women face. That understanding helps them build trusted relationships and provide support that feels relevant to each woman’s circumstances.
A community where women support women
GO connects participants with other women who may be facing similar challenges. They can share experiences, encourage one another and recognise that they don’t have to navigate their journey alone.
Support that can reach more women
Online delivery makes GO accessible wherever women are based and easier to fit around childcare, caring responsibilities and other commitments.
Our team speaks nine community languages, helping us connect with and support women from a wide range of backgrounds.
Proven through our GO pilots
83% retention
across the intensive week during our GO pilots
We tested and refined GO through six pilots over six months, working with women in London and with partner organisations in the Midlands.
Across the pilots, 83% of participants remained engaged throughout the intensive week.
I gained a real boost in my confidence.
I found the programme very supportive and beneficial. I like being part of the Grow Community.
“The online format was so convenient and flexible, making it easier to fit the sessions around my other responsibilities.
Could GO work for the women you support?
GO is available to organisations looking to add specialist, women-centred support alongside their existing employability provision.
From September 2026, organisations can purchase places on our open GO programme or talk to us about creating a dedicated GO group for their participants.
